So every once in awhile the Master Wizards at the College of Winterhold decide that it’s time to expose the student population to — ehm– living conditions in other worlds, presumably to cut down on the number of complaints about the facilities.
Meanwhile I’m sure that the now-happy students from Arclite are busily gorging themselves on the Archmage’s lavish feasts and enjoying the hotsprings and so on.
